The same with the air filter although a performance one may let the turbo I know people say the XUD engine as fitted to the 306 DTurbo can be tuned to give 128 bhp (from 92) by just know much about it except for what the Haynes manual says. 31 May 2010 Is your D turbo the HDi one or the earlier XUD-T model? The 2.0 HDi 110 (not sure if PSA ever fitted this engine in the 306) will go to about 150bhp with a remap alone. But I've noticed that while the D Turbo is lauded as a daily runabout, I've never seen the more powerful HDI mentioned. Is there a reason for this The HDi was a common rail engine so is quieter, smoother and better MPG. Not so easily tuned. I thought XUD 1.9 TD was 92hp and the HDI one was 90hp?
Shortened the actuator arm on the turbo to it's maximum limit, I believe it's a T2 Garrett unit and is boosting at around 26/28 psi. Pug 306 D-Turbo tuning. Hey Can anyone tell me what I can do with my oil burner for performance??? I've seen one running at 150BHP so I know it's possible but how do I start?? I've ordered an exhaust and induction kit which should take it past the 105BHP mark but then I'm stuck. Help appreciated
